The season of spook is right around the corner! Are you ready to get into the spirit of Halloween without sacrificing your health goals? I’ve got you covered with 3 scarily delicious but healthy snacks that are sure to satisfy your cravings without haunting your waistline.

Phantom Peanut Butter Cake Pops 

Easy to make, no-bake cake pops are a yummy bite-sized treat that is perfect for Halloween. The peanut butter provides protein and healthy fats, while the oats and chocolate add a touch of sweetness.

  • Ingredients:
    • 1 cup rolled oats
    • 1/2 cup peanut butter
    • 1/4 cup honey
    • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
    • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
    • 1/2 cup melted dark chocolate
    • Edible eyes (optional)
  • Instructions:
    • Combine the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, chocolate chips, and pumpkin pie spice in a bowl and mix well.
    • Roll into balls and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
    • Melt the dark chocolate and dip each ball into the melted chocolate.
    • Decorate with edible eyes (optional).
    • Let the chocolate set before serving.

Spooky Spider Web Smoothie

  • Ingredients:

    • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • How to Make It:
    • Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
    • Pour into a glass and top with a drizzle of honey and a pinch of chia seeds to create a spooky spider web effect.

Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats

    • 1/4 teaspoon maple syrup (optional)
  • Instructions:
