What to Expect

Have you ever worked with a nutrition professional before to take a deep dive into your inner food patterns, secrets and idiosyncrasies? Relax, whether you’ve been to a nutrition professional or not, my priority is in making you comfortable in the process while seeking the most effective ways to improve your health.  We’ll incorporate all aspects of what brings you to start this journey, currently. You’ll have some “homework” before our first session. In a first meeting we’ll find a framework from the following:

  1. You’ll be invited to join my nutrition portal, Practice Better.
  2. Once in the portal, you’ll complete some basic forms that will help guide our first session.
  3. We’ll look at your medical history, lifestyle and activity patterns, known food and/or medication allergies, sensitivities or intolerances, current medications, supplements and/or alternative therapies.
  4. We’ll incorporate factors affecting how, when, where and what you eat, and you’ll have an opportunity to share any health concerns you might have.
  5. You’ll take an active role in setting your goals.
  6. We’ll outline a plan customized for you to achieve success!
