I help adults who are ready to bring lasting nutrition changes into their lives. 

Often, nutrition changes are brought upon too quickly and turn out to be short-lived. Lasting changes take into account food, your lifestyle, the emotional and physiological aspects of your life to provide you with a realistic wellness plan you can follow.  My approach is straightforward.  By working together to outline a course of action, I can help you set and reach your wellness goals for long term changes and build your confidence to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

My clients are looking to improve their quality of life; they may or may not have a chronic medical condition.

Aside from weight loss and maintenance, my nutrition practice also has a focus on inflammatory, psychological and immune related medical conditions.  These include arthritic conditions, hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, mood disorders, ADD/ADHD, kidney disease, celiac disease, gluten intolerance and food allergies.  I also assess and identify food and medication interactions and alternative nutrition therapies.

Whether you have considerable or limited nutrition knowledge or skill is irrelevant to finding a plan that’s right for you.

I offer a variety of tools available to help you reach your goals.  After a comprehensive evaluation of your medical, physical, psychosocial and lifestyle history we’ll decide which plan will best meet your needs.  Menu and meal planning, grocery lists, dessert and dining out plans, home pantry makeovers and grocery store navigation are some of the options available to you.  I also offer nutrition presentations. Everything is individualized to fit your lifestyle and considers how you approach goal setting and achievement.
